A Night by the Roadside on University Road, Peshawar, Pakistan, was filled with unexpected surprises. The Malai Boti is not just malai juttie lol!

I really enjoyed the Malai Boti flavor offered by the Ovenza which was actually the real taste of the real pizza. We were having a guest at the night when coincidently we entered the Ovenza Pizza Hub, before we experienced the MR. CODE fast food by the same road coming before the Ovenza Pizza Hub. We were going for Ice-cream but coincidently entered the Ovenza pizza hub. Well it was same like the other in the start; they welcomed us with the same statement “Hello Sir! Welcome to Ovenza, how can we help you?

“Where can we sit to enjoy the crunches?” I asked.

They replied, “Sir, we have an amazing seating area on the first floor. Please feel free to head up there.”

I thought that they are exaggerating like the others “sir we have an amazing seating area” but no, it wasn’t the same, the view on the first floor was really amazing! I personally liked the corner area near the roadside. It gave me an amazing sense of feeling where I enjoyed the Jawad Tower and the brands which reflected a sense of modern state of life. The cars on the road were too good, although horns were not that good, lol! The Rickshaws reflected the culture and the real sense of the city of flowers “Peshawar” although BRT were likely over took their business but it’s not the same as we think.

The “lol” came when I asked my friend Ubaid what his guest would like to eat, as the guest was his friend. Ubaid jokingly replied, “He’s like Hamass. You know how Hamas very well so treat him in the same way, Hamas never likes any food, even if it’s cooked by CZN Burak!” I found it amusing how he deflected the decision, saying, “Let the guest decide.”

So, we jokingly asked the guest, “Do you like Loobi (beans)?” He replied, “Yes,” and we encouraged him to ask the waiter for Loobi. To our surprise, he actually asked, “Do you serve Loobi here too? Isn’t this a pizza hub?” The waiter burst out laughing, and so did we!

We couldn’t stop laughing. “Dude, this place only serves pizza, not Loobi!”

Finally, we ordered the Small Malai Boti from the Special Pizza section on the menu. When the pizza arrived, I jokingly asked, “I hope this fast food won’t poison my stomach, as I’m not really into fast food.”

The waiter smiled and replied, “We hope so sir!”

As soon as I took a bite of the pizza, I knew I had found the real deal—the authentic taste. I told the waiter, “You’re going to beat KFC, I can feel it! From now on, I’ll never order from any other food street or fast food hub. It’ll only be Ovenza for me!”

And then I added, “Even if I become the President of Pakistan, haha, I hope so! Wish me luck for that!” I will order pizza from here.
